1. Description of Service

Pluribus provides a subscription-based platform that allows content creators ("Creators") to accept pledges from their supporters ("Supporters") in exchange for exclusive content and other benefits. Creators can set up their profiles, create content, and manage their subscribers through our platform.

2. Account Registration

In order to use Pluribus, you must create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are solely responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.

3. Content and Pledges

As a Creator, you are solely responsible for the content you create and share with your Supporters. You retain all intellectual property rights to your content. By using our service, you grant Pluribus a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your content for the purpose of providing our services.

Supporters can make monthly pledges to Creators to gain access to exclusive content and benefits. You understand that pledges are non-refundable, and any disputes regarding pledges should be resolved directly between the Creator and the Supporter.

4. Fees and Payments

Creators may be charged a platform fee for using Pluribus's services. The platform fee will be clearly communicated to Creators, and they will have the option to accept or decline the fee before using our services. Pluribus will process payments from Supporters and distribute the funds to Creators, minus any applicable fees, in accordance with our payment processing policies.
